A few of my favorite things ...

1. HBO's "True Blood"

Yes I know you’re all probably rolling your eyes right now. The last few years vampires have been in pretty much every young adult fiction novel and several tv series and so I understand most people’s frustrations but honeslty I don’t care haha I’ll admit to everyone that I’m absolutely OBSESSED with vampire books and shows such as Vampire Diaries and True Blood. True Blood is such an amazing show and HBO doesn’t put out crap so keep an open mind here. I know what you’re thinking…it’s a naughty show and the southern accents makes it seem weird at first but there’s SUCH a good story line and the characters are so much fun and im oh so addicted. OH and I’m completely in love with Eric Northman!! Just try it out, you may be pleasantly surprised. It’s like a grown up version of twilight but a million times better.

2. Lists!

Yes you heard me correctly. I LOVE to make lists and I have all kinds of lists! I have several to-do lists, lists of things I want to buy when I own my own home, bucket lists, lists of things I wish I owned. LISTSLISTSLISTS! Haha and I love more than anything to CROSS OFF things on my lists. And I don’t just CROSS it off, I SCRIBBLE circles over and over so that I can’t see what was there anymore. I know this will make me sound completely off my rocker, but I think it’s a little therapeutic in a way. I like accomplishing something and then completely blotting it off my list hehe

3. Accents

OH MAN…I love accents. My goal is to marry a man with an accent; Irish, Scottish, Australian and Russian are my favorites. YUM! :P I also like to talk in accents…haha. Yes, the weirdness continues. You ever seen the old “My Fair Lady” movie with Audrey Hepburn? Well... if you take her voice at the beginning of the movie and combine it with the creepy Salad Fingers cartoon dude…thats what my british accent sounds like. HAHAHA. Oh, and all my other accents sound the time. It doesn't matter if I attempt a southern or russian accent, they all end up sounding like my creepy British one lol.

4. Sweatpants

I have a huge love of sweatpants…I wear them whenever I can. Sometimes I wear them at times that I shouldn’t but I really dont care cuz as long as im in my sweatpants im in my happy place haha. I once had a boyfriend who hated me wearing sweatpants and told me that if we ever got married Id have to get rid of the sweatpants…long story short, our relationship didn’t last. Hahaha. If I had to choose between my comfy victoria’s secret sweatpants or a boyfriend…im gonna choose sweatpants every single time haha!

5. Sleep

OMG I LOVE SLEEP! When the sheets are slightly cold and you have a comfy blanky to cuddle with...it doesn’t get better than that. The other day I slept 16 hours within a 24 hour period haha…yeah yeah I know what you’re thinking. How disgusting…..yeah, DISGUSTINGLY AWESOME!!

6. Dalai Lama

He is the cutest thing! I love watching youtube videos on him and I even read his book “The Art of Happiness”. That book will change your life I definitely recommend it to everyone. I took a class on the culture of East Asia and I loved learning about Buddhism and the Dalai Lama and was blown away at what an amazing guy he is. Well DUH, I mean he IS the Dalai Lama but he describes himself as just “a simple Buddhist monk”. What an amazing guy. My aunt was on the list or whatever about Freeing Tibet and she is now banned from China but got a thank you letter from the Dalai Lama and Richard Gere. I'm super jealous! :-)

7. My Kindle

Oh how I love curling up in bed with my blanky and a good book. My kindle is so cute and can hold up to 3500 books at a time and I can download books in 60 seconds. Now, as much as I love to read, I download books a lot and so it may not be a good thing for my wallet but oh well. I can be poor and happy so long as I have a good book to read haha

8. The Travel Channel

I LOVE the Travel Channel! I could watch it all day because it gives me ideas of all the places I want to travel someday.
